Customer Review: A little disappointed
I ordered this product on a Tuesday and I received it on Friday. I was very happy about the promptness. This adapter does power my Dell Inspiron E1505, but it does not charge the battery. Whenever I plug in the adapter, I get the following message, "Your system will operate slower and the battery will not charge. Please connect a Dell 65W AC adapter or higher for best system operation." This is very frustrating and disappointing because I needed something to charge my battery. I will keep the adapter because it does power my laptop and I could just borrow my husband's adapter/charger.
