Customer Review: Decent for the price
I purchased this battery about 11 months ago and waited to write my review until I had something to say. The battery worked extremely well upon receipt, and lasted for about 9-10 months; however, over the last month or so, despite being fully charged, it only lasts about 45 minutes or less. There are times when it stops charging at 83% despite still being plugged in, and times when it charges fully. Lately, as soon as I unplug it, it goes from a 100% charge to 80% charge instantly, so I have to pretty much keep my laptop plugged in at all times. I also heard that a battery's life will last longer if you remove it from the laptop when its fully charged and you're keeping the power cord plugged in; although I did that consistently, it didn't work. The good thing I guess is that I paid a lot less for it than dell charges, so its fine for the price. In fact, my original laptop battery I received with my computer died completely in two years, so actually, two of these batteries for two years would still be cheaper than one dell battery that would last for two years.
Customer Review: DEFECTIVE BATTERIES
BrilliantStore's Dell e1505 Laptop Battery is DEFECTIVE. They start out fine, but quickly, the batteries stop holding a charge. Within a few weeks, you'll go from only being able to charge the battery to 99%, to only being able to charge the battery to 50%. DO NOT BUY THEIR DEFECTIVE BATTERIES. They will also make you pay all the shipping costs for sending back their defective batteries for returns. DON'T BUY FROM BRILLIANTSTORE OR YOU WILL RECEIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
